PURPOSE & SCOPE
The purpose of this policy is to lay out procedures and timelines for any refunds for the investment transactions made on the Platform using various payment options, and it is applicable to all investment transactions done on the Platform.
CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS POLICY
A transaction for investments in Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, India Stocks, and other products is deemed to be complete once the payment is successfully deducted. You cannot cancel such a completed transaction.
Any transaction for SIP can be modified at any time after setting up a SIP but before the next SIP date. You can change the amount and frequency of the SIP, and also pause the SIP for a certain period and then resume it.
REFUND POLICY
A transaction can be rejected on the Platform due to reasons, including but not limited to, connectivity issues, technical errors, unresponsive servers, incomplete KYC, or such other issues attributable to Equirus Wealth or third-party partners like Banks, AMCs, RTAs, etc.
In the event a transaction is rejected on the Platform, we shall process the refund within 10 to 12 days after initiation, as per the timelines provided by the partnered third party.
The refund will be processed to your own bank account from which the money was originally deducted.
